  • Help credit union members create financial security by gaining an understanding of the importance of personal planning, identity theft and fraud during the CUNA webinar Personal Financial Preparedness taking place Nov. 22 from 2-3:30 p.m. (ET). The webinar will explore guardianship, wills and power of attorney and how members can make educated decisions on such matters, as well as discuss the role education plays in avoiding consumer fraud and identify theft. Registration is $219 for CUNA affiliated credit unions.

 

  • Mismanaging liquidity risk can leave a credit union vulnerable, so learn more by registering for CUNA's Dec. 1 webinar on Liquidity and Funding Risk. The training will explain the important components associated with liquidity to help make sound strategic decisions, as well as the critical elements in operational and contingency liquidity. Learn how to establish best practices when forecasting cash flow needs and sources, and review external funding and asset liquidation options. The webinar takes place from  3-4:30 p.m. (ET) and is available to CUNA affiliated credit unions for $219.
