Leadership @ Eleven Testimonials Provide First Hand Perspectives of Unique Opportunity
The second class of cohorts is about to embark on the MCUL Leadership @ Eleven journey, kicking off with an orientation webinar on March 19. The opportunity is available to 16 individuals and limited enrollment is still available on a first come basis until March 12.
Initiated last year by the League in response to credit unions looking for an effective, Michigan-based, industry specific program to develop the next generation of credit union leaders, the executive development series offers a seven month experience complete with one-on-one coaching sessions and the creation of an individual development plan.
"This program opens your eyes to your strengths and weaknesses as a leader. It is really not surprising the areas we need to devote more attention to in improving our roles as leaders,” said Erik Bessonen, vice president at Delta County Credit Union and 2018 Leadership @ Eleven participant.
Laura Sorensen, vice president of marketing at PFCU also enrolled in Leadership @ Eleven last year and shared these video recorded comments about her experience.
Those interested in participating may learn more and register here. More specific questions about the program takeaways may also be sent to one of the event facilitators, Tonya Voltolina.Go to main navigation
