Developing Future Leaders on Nov. 4 will help leaders identify leadership potential and use coaching, feedback and stretch assignments to prepare employees for greater responsibility.
On Nov. 6, Difficult Conversations Made Easier will offer a practical framework for addressing performance, attendance, accountability, conflict and behavior with emotional intelligence, curiosity and clear expectations.
The series concludes Dec. 3 with Leading with Confidence Through Change. Each 90-minute webinar begins at 10 a.m. ET. Attend the complete series for $450 or register for individual webinars for $159 each.
