  • Website Optimization: Key to Engage Members Digitally will be the topic of a Nov. 19 audio session delivered in cooperation with the Illinois Credit Union League from 11am.-noon (ET). The session will look at several credit unions that are using the emerging science of “Member Nurturing with Digital Engagement” to drive members to shop, compare and buy financial products via a website. Preview the latest analytics, optimization and customer contact e-mail “nurturing” tools that are getting a member what they want, when they want it and how they want it-all online. The result? More members shopping, more members buying and more bundling of transactions. Registration is $129 per connection.
  • CUNA will offer a webinar on Nov. 25 on Lending Advertising Rules and Requirements. Just as with share account products, using social media to advertise a credit union's loan products is rife with potential regulatory violations. This webinar discusses the requirements for loan advertisements under Truth in Lending and NCUA rules regarding non-discrimination, as well as potential UDAAP pitfalls to avoid. The session takes place from 11am.-12:30pm. Registration is $219 per connection.
