Share Best Practices with the Financial Education Connection on Nov. 1

Attend the Nov. 1 Financial Education Connection meeting to network, learn about upcoming initiatives and explore financial education tools and resources.

The Financial Education Connection is the new name of the longstanding and energetic FEC group in Michigan with new expanded-topic meetings open to all credit union professionals. The FEC is supported by the Michigan Credit Union Foundation (MCUF) with a goal to help strengthen and support credit union financial education initiatives.

There is no charge to attend the Nov. 1 meeting which will be held at ELGA Credit Union in Burton from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The meeting will begin with financial education updates about state and national financial education initiatives followed by a financial education roundtable where participants share news about financial education activities at their credit union and seek peer advice/assistance with challenges.

Lunch will be provided by the MCUF, followed by an optional afternoon session focused on Money Smart Week initiatives.
