Credit Union Collection Consortium Will Hold Last Regular Meeting on April 11

On April 11, the Credit Union Collection Consortium will hold its last regular meeting of the season from 2–4 p.m. at Genisys Credit Union. A roundtable discussion will be held on collection best practices, policies and procedures. This is a great opportunity to see how your collections department operates compared to your peers. You will gain insight into how other institutions handle repossessions, legals, redemptions and many other issues. The discussion will be moderated by Peggy Dombrowski, the consortium’s president. Please call her at 248-322-9800, ext. 1300 if you have any questions. No reservations are required.

On May 2, the Consortium will host MCUL’s Collector’s Training School with speaker John A. Zimmer of CreditToday.net and Receivable Training Associates, LLC. Regular monthly consortium meetings will begin again in October.
