Gain the Edge at Lending and Marketing Conference
In an industry with so many outside competitors, how can credit unions gain the edge with their core product loans?
During the upcoming MCUL Lending and Marketing Conference, March 22–23 in Grand Rapids, attendees can choose from dozens of sessions that will empower them to reach more members and serve their needs more effectively.
One such session will be the results of a Member Intelligence Group survey of Michigan millennial credit union member attitudes. Jim Kasch, an industry expert and pioneer in millennial marketing and services will present the research regarding what millennials would change about their credit union if they could, their preferences for opening accounts and applying for loans and other important items and perceptions.
Industry consultant Pierre Cardenas will also be on hand to explore how to grow loans without traditional marketing efforts and to optimize sales opportunities. He will share a case study of how one credit union grew such loans by more than 40 percent.
Being hosted at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, the agenda features top industry experts and the most relevant trends that lending and marketing professionals need to understand for future success.
Registration is $310 for the full conference and $169 per person for a single day.
