Spark Tank Unfiltered: Your Inside Look at CU Spark Tank from Past Finalists
The 2026 CU Spark Tank Competition is underway, and Michigan credit union professionals – especially young professionals ready to stretch their skills and share bold ideas – are encouraged to get involved. Hosted by the Michigan Credit Union League, CU Spark Tank continues to be a platform for forward-thinking solutions that strengthen credit unions, improve member experience, and advance our movement.
To help participants succeed at every stage, MCUL launched the CU Spark Tank Learning Series, a three-part virtual program designed to build confidence, sharpen skills, and strengthen pitches before chapter-level competition begins. Sessions are quick, practical, and built for busy-schedules – each one just one hour long.
Next up is Spark Tank Unfiltered, a Q&A-style session featuring past Spark Tank finalists who will share what it’s really like to compete. Attendees will hear candid advice, real lessons learned, and tips on what worked (and what they’d do differently), plus walk away with practical guidance to bring back to their credit union, whether they’re pitching this year or supporting someone who is.
If you’re planning to compete, or you’re a leader encouraging a young professional to participate – this session is a must-attend. Learn more and register at mcul.org/CUSparkTank. Your idea could be the next big spark Michigan credit unions need! Now it’s time to prepare and show up ready.
