2016 Government Affairs Conference | Registration and Hotel Information
Full Conference Registration:
$149 per person (for credit unions with assets over $50 million).
$99 per person (for credit unions with assets of $50 million or less).
Wednesday or Thursday Only Registration:
$99 per person (assets over $50 million); $69 per person (assets $50 million or less).
Full conference registration includes Wednesday and Thursday sessions and meals.
Hotel rooms are being held at the Radisson Hotel Lansing
Rooms are being held at a negotiated rate of $134.95 per night, plus tax, until March 29 and reservations can be made by calling the hotel or via the Radisson Lansing Hotel Web site using promotion code MCUL16. After March 29, rooms are on a space- and rate-available basis. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Overnight guests can use valet parking for $20 per night, per vehicle.

Confirmation and Invoicing
You will be e-mailed a confirmation along with a detailed map. If you have not received a confirmation by April 14, 2016 please call the League at (800) 262-6285, ext. 225 to verify your registration was received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations can be made online at no charge until 5:00 p.m. April 14, 2016. After this date, cancellations will be charged in full due to hotel contract commitments. Substitutions are always encouraged. After this date, changes can only be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or at the event registration area.
Note: Please be sure to cancel your room reservations if you cancel your conference registration.
