LAFCU Recognized as a Best Place to Work for Career Growth
LAFCU has been named a 2026 Best Place to Work for Career Growth by Best Companies Group, a national recognition honoring employers that support employee advancement and long-term career development.
Based on employee survey feedback, the award recognizes U.S. employers that provide meaningful professional development, clear opportunities for advancement and sustained support for employee growth.

Employees cited educational resources, tuition assistance, professional development opportunities and a collaborative workplace culture among the credit union’s strengths. One employee described LAFCU as a place where “the sky is the limit for growth and development opportunities,” while another highlighted the organization’s “excellent support for career advancement and furthering your education.”
Survey responses also emphasized the practical support employees receive, including access to necessary tools, investments in continuing education and a culture that promotes open communication, teamwork and inclusivity.
