Contact & Connect: Leadership Conference Brings Together Branch, Contact Center and Emerging Leaders
Registration has gotten off to a strong start for the new MCUL Contact & Connect: Leadership Conference which is heading to the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, Oct. 21-22.
The event is ideal for staffers who power the credit union member experience, with day one focusing on topics for branch and contact center leaders, and day two building skills for emerging leaders from throughout the organization.
The first day of the event also features an impactful Poverty Walk Simulation to build empathy and understanding. Participants may choose the day that fits best or register for both days. Those interested in attending are encouraged to download a convenient in-house use form to request and seek approval to attend.
