Christian Financial Outreach & Impact Foundation Awards $14,600 in Grants to Local Nonprofits

The Christian Financial Credit Union Outreach & Impact Foundation has awarded $14,600 in grants to eight nonprofit organizations across southeast Michigan through its Summer 2026 grant cycle.

The funding will support a variety of programs focused on educational opportunities, youth development, family support services and access to essential resources. Grant recipients include Kids On The Go, New Hope Center for Grief Support and The Rainbow Connection.

The following organizations were selected to receive Summer 2026 grants:

Collectively, the funded organizations address a wide range of community needs, from helping families facing hardship and expanding opportunities for young people to increasing access to food, transportation and other essential services.

“Every organization selected during this grant cycle is committed to improving the lives of others in a meaningful way,” said Christine Quitter, Vice President of Community Outreach at Christian Financial. “We’re proud to support programs that provide encouragement, stability, and opportunity for children, individuals, and families throughout our region.”

"This funding will help us provide immediate assistance to families facing unexpected challenges, allowing us to meet urgent needs and offer support during some of their most difficult moments."

To date, the Christian Financial Credit Union Outreach & Impact Foundation has invested $304,992 in nonprofit organizations throughout southeast Michigan, supporting programs and services that strengthen families, enhance communities and create lasting impact.
