Jolt Donates $100K to Hunger Solution Center
Jolt Credit Union has donated $100,000 to the Hunger Solution Center Capital Campaign, supporting the expansion of the Saginaw East Side Soup Kitchen and Hidden Harvest. The project will strengthen efforts to fight food insecurity across the Great Lakes Bay Region.
Every day, East Side Soup Kitchen and Hidden Harvest provide meals, rescue surplus food and deliver it to families in need. With existing facilities at capacity, Jolt’s contribution will help build a larger and more efficient space to sustain these services.

The $8.8 million Hunger Solution Center expansion will include a new kitchen, expanded dining area, larger storage spaces and improved distribution facilities. These upgrades will allow the Center to increase meal service and expand food rescue efforts throughout Saginaw, Bay and Midland counties.
