TBA Credit Union Supports Traverse City Area Public Schools with Annual Donation
TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. – In a continued effort to support the education of local students, TBA Credit Union (TBACU) has donated its annual contribution to Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) for $16,100. This year’s donation will directly support every elementary student in the district by providing dry-erase board markers for classroom use. Funds will also provide students' opportunities through the Learning, Enrichment, & Athletic Program (LEAP) and sponsor static and digital signage at Thirlby Field.
“Supporting education is at the heart of our mission,” said Karen Browne, President and CEO of TBA Credit Union. “By providing students the tools they need to learn and thrive, and by investing in spaces that bring our community together, we’re helping to build a brighter future for everyone in our community.”
This collaboration between TBA Credit Union and TCAPS reflects a shared passion for education and community. By investing in students, families, and educators, TBA Credit Union is helping to create opportunities, inspire growth, and support the next generation of leaders in Traverse City.
