IRA Training Offered Online Next Week: Led by Ascensus Expert
There is still time to secure a seat for IRA: Essentials and Advanced Workshops being offered virtually by MCUL next week. Credit union staffers who work with members and handle individual retirement accounts are encouraged to register for either or both days of training being delivered by Ascensus on Feb. 13-14.
The training is an ideal way to build confidence and maintain compliance by better understanding how to establish and fund IRAs, as well as handle distributions and manage portability. The second day covers legal issues, excess contribution, required minimum distributions, beneficiary options and withholding requirements and forms. Registration is just $294 per person, per day.
