Growing Next Generation CU Leaders with Coaching Skills and More Fulfills Requests at CUltivating Leadership Workshop in Midland and Virtually
Developing high-performance habits to lead with influence and make teams accountable, learning how to coach teams to deliver service excellence and mastering time management and resiliency are topics to be covered at MCUL’s CUltivating Leaders Workshop being offered in person on Oct. 15 at The H Hotel in Midland, (with a networking mixer the evening of Oct. 14) and via a virtual option that will be held on Oct. 29, Nov. 5 and Nov. 12 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
The agenda focuses on topics most often requested of the League to offer for branch managers, front and back office staff and supervisors, as well as directors and executive management team members. Featuring Lisa Schaefer, a leadership coach who has received outstanding reviews from past conference go-ers, the event is being offered in person for those who are able to get away from the office and prefer networking, as well as online for those who are a further distance or may not easily be away.
