Virtual Lending School Set for Sept. 16–17
Michigan credit union lenders may register now for a two half-day Virtual Lending School, scheduled for Sept. 16–17, in partnership with the Wisconsin Credit Union League. Led by Jessica Vartanian of CU Lending Advice, the sessions are designed for remote engagement and offer targeted training in consumer lending and underwriting.
Day one will cover topics such as application strengthening, credit reports, score models, and equity. Day two shifts to underwriting, with a focus on risk assessment, FICO insights, bankruptcy predictors and more.
Registration is available for one or both days, with assessments and follow-up resources provided for the underwriting session.
