Popular CUltivating Leaders Workshop Offered Virtually
Following the success of the recent in-person CUltivating Leaders Workshop in Midland, MCUL is excited to bring the same valuable training to a wider audience through a virtual format.
Popular speaker and Leadership Coach Lisa Schaefer will lead three live, interactive online sessions on Oct. 29, Nov. 5 and Nov. 12, from 10–11:30 a.m. each day. Designed for professionals at all levels—including branch managers, supervisors, back-office staff and executives — this workshop will focus on high-performance habits, coaching for service excellence, time management and building team accountability.
The virtual format offers a flexible and engaging way to gain actionable strategies from a speaker who attendees consistently rave about.
