H Hotel in Midland to Host CU Leadership Training Next Week; Content Repeated Virtually Later in October
The CUltivating Leaders Workshop is taking place next week on Oct. 15 at The H Hotel in Midland with a networking mixer the evening of Oct. 14. Designed for branch managers, supervisors, back-office staff and executive leadership, the workshop will focus on developing high-performance habits, coaching for service excellence, time management and building team accountability.
For those unable to travel and to accommodate participants after the Midland location is sold out, MCUL is repeating the same training with popular Leadership Coach Lisa Schaefer, delivered live virtually across three interactive sessions on Oct. 29, Nov. 5, and Nov. 12, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. each day.
This format is ideal for professionals who prefer remote learning and are looking for such actionable strategies.
