Coaching Pro to Deliver CUltivating Leaders Workshop in Midland; Virtual Option Available
Popular coaching professional Lisa Schaefer took Michigan credit union attendees by surprise earlier this year with her enthusiastic and valuable content at a Branch Manager training session, and now she will return to meet credit union staffers who lead themselves or others at the CUltivating Leaders Workshop, hosted in person on Oct. 15 at The H Hotel in Midland.
A networking mixer will kick off the event the evening prior, on Oct. 14. Designed for branch managers, supervisors, back-office staff and executive leadership, the workshop will focus on developing high-performance habits, coaching for service excellence, time management and building team accountability.
For those unable to travel MCUL is repeating the same training with Schaefer, delivered live virtually across three interactive sessions on Oct. 29, Nov. 5, and Nov. 12, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. each day. This format is ideal for professionals who prefer remote learning and are looking for such actionable strategies.
