Description:

The Grand River Chapter of Credit Unions cordially invites you to attend the upcoming thought-provoking session, Life as a Leader: What It Means to Help Others Succeed. This in-person event is for all interested credit union employees - executives, managers, and interested staff.

Think of the person who saw something in you before you saw it in yourself. That person was leading, whether or not they had the title. Leadership isn't a title. It's how you show up every day for the people around you. In this energizing session, current and aspiring leaders will discover what it truly means to lead, with or without a title. You'll learn how to build the kind of trust that makes people want to grow, and how opening doors for others can open doors for you on the way to the career of your dreams. Bring your questions and your sense of humor! This session is designed to inspire, challenge, and equip you to make a real difference in the lives of the people you work with. Somewhere in your organization, someone is waiting for a leader to believe in them. Come find out why that leader can be you.
