Join us for a practical leadership coaching experience designed to strengthen performance conversations, build confidence, and apply coaching techniques with your team.  The Oakland County Chapter of Credit Unions invites you to attend their Coaching for Performance training presented by Mike Niell. This in-person event is for all interested credit union managers and rising leaders. Please forward this invitation to your team members as appropriate.

What you are willing to accept will become your standard. Let's face it, most credit union managers find it uncomfortable to hold people accountable. And lack of accountability leads to poor performance and disengagement. In this session Mike will share information with you that will allow you to improve the performance, engagement and morale of your staff. You will leave this course confident in your ability to set high standards and challenge your employees to meet those expectations.
