The Mid-Michigan Chapter of Credit Unions cordially invites you to attend their Technical Incident Response and Disaster Recovery Table-Top Exercise. This in-person event is for all interested credit union professionals- CEOs, executives, managers, board and committee members, and interested staff, specifically the emergency response team for your credit union. Damian Walters & Associates, LLC (DWA) will facilitate a 3-hour technical Incident Response and Disaster Recovery table-top exercise (TTE) designed for multiple credit unions running in parallel. Credit union management will observe while their respective IT and security personnel work through the scenario in real time— discussing decisions, actions, and communications as if the event were live. The exercise is structured to promote regular intra–credit union and inter–credit union dialogue while DWA introduces timed “injects” that increase complexity and test coordination under pressure.
