Last 'Call' for Telephone Collections School

There is still time for last-minute decision makers to register for the MCUL & Affiliates Telephone Collections School, held Nov. 13 in Novi.

The agenda will include skiptracing, negotiating skills, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, collection tips, handling bankruptcy and how to use the Internet in collections.
