Contact Center Conference Agenda to be a Big Hit
Call center professionals will be engaged in gaining information about "Service Excellence," "Phoning Fraudsters: Protecting Member Accounts," "Tips, Tricks and Trends of Member Fraud Claims" and "Call Center Morale Boosting: The Miraculous Power of Meaningful Work" at the MCUL & Affiliates 2019 Contact Center Conference.
The expanded event will include sessions on "It's All About the Numbers: Contact Center Metrics," "Staffing a Contact Center for the 21st Century," "Trends in Remote Delivery: The Future of Contact Centers and Delivery" and "Innovation and Leadership at Domino's Pizza: Using Technology to Build Relationships" on the second day.
New this year will be a vendor showcase, plus the popular behind-the-scenes tour of a credit union call center returns when Consumers Credit Union hosts attendees to see their member service center.
The Contact Center Conference is Oct. 29-30 at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Kalamazoon Conference Center. Those interested in participating are encouraged to register early, as the event did reach sell-out attendance last year.
