AC&E Keynotes to Wow! Still Time to Attend Next Week

It's arrived! The MCUL/CUSG 2019 Annual Convention & Exposition, takes place next week at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center, June 5-8, and those interested in attending still have a chance to register.

Event confirmations have been sent and attendees are encouraged to read the information carefully to know where to go, what to bring and how to get the most out of the event experience.

Center Stage! keynote speakers will include two presentations that will have attendees walking away ready to make actionable changes to better their credit unions.

On June 6, author Will Bowen’s “A Complaint Free World: How to Stop Complaining and Start Enjoying the Life You Always Wanted” will share shocking data on how much complaining costs businesses, challenging them to stop complaining themselves.

On June 7, Rick Barrera will share insights from his book Over Promise and Over Deliver. Registered attendees who download the complimentary AC&E app (available from the AppStore or Google Play; search “MCUL Events”) may access a free version of Barrera's ebook.

The event supports charity fundraising for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals with a golf outing, online silent auction and live auction reception. The Mid-Michigan Chapter will also host a fun run/walk on June 7.

The Economic Issues Update on June 6, Lunch and Learn Roundtables on June 7 and the CUES Michigan Council networking event on June 8, plus other lunch choices, are available for registrants and their guests in more informal settings.

Other popular conference activities include the Corks for a Cause Networking Extravaganza, Global Women's Leadership Network Panel Discussion, CUSG Welcome Reception, IGNITE presentations, guest activities and the Honor Awards Breakfast.
