Why Be Just a Ten, When You Can Be an Eleven

C-suite executives, vice presidents and other top credit union management should act fast to secure one of the limited seats for the new MCUL & Affiliates Leadership @ Eleven executive development series, facilitated in conjunction with Jim Kasch of Canidae Consulting and Tonya Voltolina of Eleven Performance Group.

The seven-month program is developed specifically for Michigan credit union executives who are challenged to ask themselves, "Why be Just a Ten, When You Can be an Eleven?"

The series is comprised of three main topics and includes in-person meetings, an introductory webinar, assessments and multiple telephone and web-based coaching sessions. Participants will explore "Leading Yourself" in Ann Arbor on May 15, "Leading Others" in Lansing on Aug. 21 and "Leading the Organization" on Mackinac Island, Sept. 24-25.

Participants will exponentially increase their self-awareness through comprehensive, individualized reports on emotional intelligence, DiSC style and 360-degree feedback from employees, peers and leaders. Enrollment includes six one-on-one executive coaching sessions and the creation and execution of an Individual Development Plan.

The program providesresources for finding a better work/life balance, increasing confidence, taking control of professional development and developing skills to apply this new knowledge directly to credit union strategy.

There will be opportunities to participate in group activities to learn beyond the classroom and network with other Michigan credit union executives. Details about enrollment, what is included and how to ask questions are available on the Leadership @ Eleven website, where attendees are encouraged to enroll by March 22 on a first-come basis.
