Collection School Offers Tools for New and Seasoned Staffers

Keeping staff well trained and helping them hone their negotiating skills are important ways to improve collection results and serve members. The upcoming MCUL & Affiliates Telephone Collections School is ideal for new and seasoned staff to gain an overview, or benefit from a refresher, on the fundamentals of telephone collections, as well as understand the regulatory side of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

During the event at the Dearborn Inn on Nov. 16, participants will gain insights on skip tracing and using the Internet in the collections process, as well as hear the top 12 collection tips offered from speaker Steve Peterson.
