ApplePay, Cloud Technology and CRI -- Visionary Topics at Spring Conference
When credit union volunteers and executives gather for the MCUL & Affiliates Spring Leadership Development Conference, Apr. 8-10 at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mount Pleasant, they will be met by a tremendous lineup of training to help their organizations serve, grow and remain strong into the future.
The conference boasts a variety of breakout sessions, including a series of visionary topics such as "ApplePay Genius Bar: What, Why and How" that will help credit unions understand their roles for enabling members to use mobile devices for payments.
Also slated as visionary topics are "Embracing Cloud Technology to Grow Membership and Profitability" that will review from a board perspective what services are easily moved from a hosted situation to a cloud service, as well as "Making a Difference with Community Projects and Grants" that will demonstrate successful community reinvestment and financial education initiatives along with offering best practices, funding and partnership assistance.
The Spring Leadership Development Conference opens with a new workshop being offered by CUSG on Friday, Apr. 8. "Springboard: Helping New and Future Board Members Dive In" is a half-day pre-event covering board roles and responsibilities, CAMELS rating system, financial statements and more. The workshop is priced at $199 per person.
