TBACU Awards 4 Scholarships to Local Students

TBA Credit Union recently awarded four Invested In Scholarships to local students. The TBA Credit Union Invested In Scholarship was launched in 2019 to help fund continued education for students attending college who are committed to volunteerism.

This year, TBACU was able to provide four $2,000 scholarships to local students:

• Sierra B. of Traverse City West Senior High School
• Niles S. of Suttons Bay Senior High School
• Carson S. of Traverse City Central High School
• Kennedy C. of Northwestern Michigan College

All scholarship applicants are reviewed by a committee comprised of three TBACU team members, and recipients are chosen based on overall merit, as demonstrated in the application and accompanying documents.
