MCUL Announces New Resource Centers for Credit Union Professionals
The new MCUL Centers include dedicated resource hubs for human resources professionals, CEOs, board members, marketers and small-asset-size credit unions. Each brings together practical tools, forms, templates and educational resources from MCUL, trusted partners, and state and national associations in one convenient location.
Built around the people who use them, the centers are designed to make it easier to find relevant resources without having to search across multiple websites or sources.
Five Resource Centers are now available:
CEOs
Tools and information for credit union leaders covering leadership and strategy, operations and performance, compliance and risk, advocacy and other industry resources.
Board Governance
Resources to help credit union directors strengthen governance and leadership, with information on board roles and responsibilities, director education, compliance and strategic planning.
Human Resources
Resources for supporting your people and workplace, including hiring and onboarding, training and development, policies and compliance, compensation and benefits and more.
Marketing & Media Relations
Practical resources for credit union marketers, including campaigns and advertising, media relations, social media, branding, financial education, awards, press release templates and crisis communications.
SAS Operational Resources
Resources developed with small-asset-size credit unions in mind, with tools and guidance covering strategic planning, operations, financial sustainability and other areas critical to long-term success.
The Resource Centers are designed to be practical and continue evolving based on the needs of Michigan credit unions.
As new tools, partner resources and industry guidance become available, the Resource Centers will continue to grow.
Whether you’re leading a credit union, serving on its board or supporting a key area of the organization, the goal is simple: make it easier to find useful resources when you need them.
