LAFCU Nationally Recognized as a 2025 Best Place to Work for Women
LAFCU has been named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work for Women by Best Companies Group, a national award program recognizing employers that support, empower and advance women in the workplace.
The award is based on employee feedback. At LAFCU, women represent more than 70% of the workforce and 67% of the executive leadership team. Survey results show that 92% of women are satisfied with LAFCU as their employer, 95% say the organization fosters a culture of diversity and 91% are satisfied with its benefits package.

LAFCU CEO Patrick Spyke said the recognition validates what employees have long known.

At a time when women across the country continue to face challenges such as pay inequity and limited advancement opportunities, LAFCU is recognized as a model of what is possible when equity and inclusivity are central to an organization’s culture.
