What Tim Harrington Wants CU Boards to Know About Innovation

Far too often, credit union boards see their role as overseeing management. What every credit union really needs is a board that is a co-creator in shaping the future.

At the MCUL 2024 Spring Leadership Development Conference, industry expert Tim Harrington will be discussing the fast-changing financial services world, and how boards need to be collaborating with management in looking at the future to survive massive changes. Harrington will share ideas on creating credit union boards that are futuristic thinkers and re-establishing a relationship to risk. The conversation will also help boards understand what becoming a digital financial services provider really entails.

Credit union volunteers and executives with all levels of experience will benefit from the insights offered at the event taking place April 19-21 at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in Mount Pleasant.
