CU Solutions Group Announces the Promotions of Aaron Adams and Paul Marston
Effective immediately, Aaron Adams will be appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company to supervise all four CU Solutions Group (CUSG) operating divisions of Technology, Marketing, HR Performance, and Strategic Advisory.
Aaron has held various analyst and consultant positions with CUSG since 2010 before heading up the company's most prominent and fastest-growing division (HR Performance Solutions) in 2014.
Under his leadership, the division has doubled its revenue from $6 million to $13 million to become the company's most profitable business, serving 700 credit unions and over 1,000 other businesses with performance (Performance Pro), compensation (Compease), and learning management (TLC) software.
Aaron started his career as a bilingual member service representative with Mountain High Credit Union and an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers before joining CU Solutions Group in 2010.
Aaron has earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, held a B.S. in Accountancy, and earned licensure as a Certified Public Accountant.
He will supervise four COOs of CUSG's subsidiary companies, Tim Bohlman (Technology), David Dean (Marketing), Brandi Stankovic (Strategic Advisory), and Paul Marston (HR Performance Solutions).
Concurrent with Adams' promotion, Paul Marston is promoted to COO, HR Performance Solutions, filling Adams' prior position.
Paul has led HR Performance Solutions' sales and strategic alliances since 2018 and has over 18 years of proven sales experience.
Aaron will oversee all CUSG core products except Love My Credit Union Rewards (LMCUR) and work with CUSG's 8-member leadership team and CEO Dave Adams.
In addition to Aaron and his direct reports (Bohlman, Dean, Stankovic, and Marston), this leadership team includes Chief Revenue Officer Lisa Rizk, Chief Financial Officer Wendy Vadnais, and Chief Investment Officer Mike Wallace.Go to main navigation
