What to Know About Credit Union Brand Love! Kasch at Lending and Marketing Conference

What do credit union members really feel for their financial cooperatives? What specifically can credit unions do to deepen their relationships with members?

Attendees at the MCUL & Affiliates 2020 Lending and Marketing Conference will hear about "brand love" -- the depth of emotional attachment consumers have with brands. While the topic has been widely studied in the consumer products industry, including with Apple and Amazon, the results of the first-ever nationwide study on brand love in credit unions will be revealed at the conference.

Credit union marketing expert Jim Kasch will lead the session and over a dozen other industry leaders will share insights on credit union lending and marketing topics at the event.

Taking place at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in downtown Grand Rapids, attendees will discover best practices, get tips from the pros, meet knowledgeable business vendors and be able to network with colleagues from across the state. The Lending and Marketing Conference takes place Mar. 10-11, with hotel rooms being held at a negotiated rate until Feb. 16.
