Now is the Time to Invest in Future CU Leaders
For credit union professionals who lead themselves, others or their organizations, now is the time to foster self-improvement and the development of leadership skills at Intentional CU Leadership, offered by MCUL & Affiliates. The popular event is Nov. 6, with pre-event networking the evening of Nov. 5, at Consumers Credit Union in Kalamazoo.
The invigorating experience brings together a mix of talented leadership experts to help staff from every department, in every role, learn to lead with conviction, inspire with passion and move with intention.
Each year, new topics, new speakers and new attendees combine to create an entirely new experience for credit union leaders who strive to be the best they can be. This year's event features TED-style talks from Christine Allen on "Resilient Leadership" and Dennis McIntee on "Coaching Skills for Leaders," and then attendees decide which to follow for the balance of the day. Pre-event networking will be facilitated by Pete Honsberger with a focus on "Preparing for Leadership: Networking Like Never Before."
Registration is just $399 per person and includes leadership recognition for those who are attending the event for the third time.
