'Resilient Leadership' a Topic at Intentional CU Leadership Event

Resilience is an essential competency for today's leaders and one of the topics attendees can choose to engage with at Intentional CU Leadership, presented by MCUL & Affiliates, Nov. 6 in Kalamazoo.

The event kicks off with a networking opportunity the evening of Nov. 5 and the following day will feature Christine Allen and Dennis McIntee.

Allen will deliver "Resilient Leadership," a highly interactive session that draws on scientific research to help leaders develop their own personal toolbox for resilience. Participants will have opportunities for self-reflection, for exploration and discussion in pairs and in groups, and will leave with a personal resilience plan that they can implement.

Those who register can begin a leadership path for professional career development and those who return to Intentional CU Leadership for the third time (since 2016) will receive leadership recognition for their accomplishments in completing Individual Development Plans and advancing their leadership skills.
