Recognition Presented to Third-Year Intentional CU Leadership Participants

The MCUL & Affiliates Intentional CU Leadership event is geared for individual self-development for those from the front office to the back office, to the corner office — credit union staffers from every department have been welcomed and encouraged to attend since the event launched in 2016.

Because new topics, new speakers and new attendees combine to create an entirely new experience each year, the training is ideal for repeat attendees and those committed to continually striving to be their best.

New this year, credit union leaders who return to Intentional CU Leadership for the third time (since 2016) will receive leadership recognition for their accomplishments in completing Individual Development Plans and advancing their leadership skills.

Speakers at topics include "Preparing for Leadership: Networking Like Never Before" with Pete Honsberger, "Resilient Leadership" with Christine Allen and "Coaching Skills for Leaders" with Dennis McIntee.

Intentional CU Leadership takes place Nov. 6 at Consumers Credit Union in Kalamazoo, with a pre-event networking activity the evening of Nov. 5.
