Lending School Topics for Managers and Frontline Staff

MCUL is presenting a new Lending School on Oct. 22-23 at the MSU Henry Center in East Lansing. While the first day of training will focus on frontline topics, the second day will center on issues important to CEOs/CLOs, VPs of lending and lending managers looking to learn the tactics and strategies of top performing credit unions around the country.

Don Arkell, a consultant with CU Lending Advice will facilitate the training that will encompass a wide variety of topics to provide actionable steps and information to increase loan to share ratio, decrease expenses and deliver loans to members in a modern, engaging process.

Registration is $219 per person, per day. Hotel rooms are held until Sept. 13 at a negotiated rate on a first-come basis at the Candlewood Suites East Lansing, which is connected to the Henry Center.
