Genisys Credit Union's Community Commitment Recognized by CardRates.com
Genisys Credit Union has received recognition from CardRates.com with their Editor’s Choice™ Award for Community Commitment. This award recognizes businesses for their demonstrated efforts to educate and improve the communities in which they operate. Genisys extends their thank you to CardRates.com.

Each year, Genisys Credit Union sponsor a multitude of “Making a Difference” campaigns, which support and serve communities across Michigan. Events include OLHSA and Macomb Walk for Warmth, which are annual walking events to raise funds to help those in need of heating assistance during Michigan’s winter months; The Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger is an annual single day food drive where food is collected and distributed to local food agencies; Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, and numerous events throughout local communities.
In addition to supporting its communities, Genisys is committed to expanding knowledge about financial literacy. For both members and non-members, there is access to a weekly blog series and e-books on the Genisys website covering topics from the cost of raising a child to saving for college to understanding credit to buying your first car.
Genisys also offers products and services to aid in financial goals. With the launch of their Genius High-Yield Checking account, Genisys is paying its members an annual percentage yield of 4.06% and offering reward points on debit card transactions. Along with Genius Checking, Genisys has an offer for members 18 and under with its High-Yield Youth Savings Account. This account encourages savings by paying an annual percentage yield of 5.12% on balances up to $500.
