American 1 and CP Federal Partner to Support Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home
For the first time, American 1 Credit Union and CP Federal Credit Union have joined forces to support an important asset in the Jackson community, the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home.
The Annual Hit ‘em Fore Hospice Golf Benefit has raised more than $247,000 in its first 18 years. The two community-oriented financial institutions, both headquartered in Jackson and both under new leadership, have set a goal of raising more than $50,000 for the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home in 2019.
President/CEO of American 1 Credit Union and Vice Chair for the Henry Ford Allegiance Health Board of Trustees Martha Fuerstenau said, “We’re ecstatic to partner with CP Federal Credit Union to support the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. American 1 and CP Federal coming together makes a bold statement about our commitment to the betterment of Jackson and the importance of the role of the Hospice Home in our community.”
President/CEO of CP Federal Credit Union and Chair for the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Board Chrissy Siders stated, “Both organizations have a long-standing history with the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home, both personally and professionally. Our invitation to partner in leading the efforts on the Hit ‘em Fore Hospice Golf Benefit is founded in our commitment to write a new history, together, to impact the families of Jackson, starting with raising funds and visibility for the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home, an absolute gem in our community.”
This year’s outing is Sept. 9, at the Grande Golf Club in Jackson.
