Servon Returns Center Stage at AC&E for Panel Discussion
Hundreds of Michigan credit union professionals are already registered and ready to head to Detroit for the MCUL/CUSG 2019 Annual Convention & Exposition (AC&E). The event takes place June 5-8 at the Marriott at the Renaissance Center.
Lisa Servon, author of The Unbanking of America, returns to the popular event for the panel discussion “Serving the Underbanked and Millennials: Credit Unions Can Find Innovative Ways to Serve Both.” She will be joined at Center Stage! on June 7 by Dave Adams, president and CEO of the MCUL, Kevin Foster-Keddie, CEO of Washington State Employees Credit Union, and Sean King, a FinTech consultant.
The panel explores trends and opportunities related to competing with payday lenders for small-dollar loans within the landscape of emerging neobanks and challenger banks. They lay a groundwork for opportunities and explore solutions for filling the needs of the underbanked, with questions being provided from the audience and insights shared by a team of experts.
The AC&E is Michigan's largest credit union conference of the year, featuring an outstanding line-up of industry experts, an exposition hall with solution providers from across the country and a top-notch agenda of timely training and insights.
