Leadership @ Eleven Provides Mentoring for the Next Generation of Executives
Today's hectic business world does not always allow for top credit union leaders to invest the amount of time they would like in mentoring the next generation of industry executives.
To fill that gap and develop leadership skills, the MCUL & Affiliates Leadership @ Eleven executive development series offers a seven-month experience complete with executive coaching sessions and the creation of an individual development plan.
Program takeaways include increasing self-awareness through comprehensive, individualized reports on emotional intelligence, DiSC styles and 360-degree feedback from employees, peers and leaders.
Limited to 16 cohorts, attendees will receive the foundational knowledge on how to build a leadership pipeline at their credit unions and leave with skills to apply their new knowledge directly to credit union strategy.
Enrollment is on a first-come basis by March 12. An orientation webinar kicks off the series on March 19, with three meet ups scheduled through September.
