IDPs and Coaching Draw Executives to Leadership Series
The next generation of credit union industry leaders is honing their leadership skills as cohorts in the MCUL & Affiliates Leadership @ Eleven executive development series.
Program takeaways include increasing self-awareness through comprehensive, individualized reports on emotional intelligence, DiSC styles and 360-degree feedback from employees, peers and leaders. The seven month experience features six one-on-one executive coaching sessions, the creation and execution of an individual development plan and tools to perform a leadership talent assessment.
Attendees will receive the foundational knowledge on building a leadership pipeline at their credit unions, as well as ways to find a better work/life balance, increase confidence and take control of their personal development. Cohorts will leave with skills to apply their new knowledge directly to credit union strategy.
