Wildfire Credit Union Appoints Rousseau Associate Board Member

RousseauWildfire Credit Union’s Board of Directors recently appointed Gene Rousseau to the board as an Associate Board Member. In his new position, he will be involved in all the board meetings of the credit union.

Rousseau’s experience includes a long successful career at as an Automotive Engineer at Nexteer. During his career he has worked in many facets of not only the automotive industry but also with agricultural and industrial applications. He is a graduate of both Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University, where he earned his degree in Engineering. Rousseau has been very involved in the Freeland Athletic Association, Freeland Little League, Tri-Valley Shooters Basketball, Zion Lutheran Church and the East Side Soup Kitchen.


Rod Francis, Chairman of the Board of Wildfire Credit Union, commented, “We are very excited to have Gene join our board as an associate board member. He brings a new dimension to the board through his work and community experience. We are looking forward to his energy and perspective. As our credit union continues to move into the future, we want to bring new associate board members onboard to prepare them for board positions and provide new perspectives that will keep our credit union growing strong.”
