TBACU Crashes Suttons Bay High School's Concessions
On Oct. 5, a group of TBA Credit Union (TBACU) volunteers participated in a Crash the Concessions event during a Suttons Bay High School football game.
During the game, TBACU volunteers cut all the concessions stand prices in half. The goal of this event was to encourage fans to buy more products and give concessions stand volunteers an opportunity to watch and enjoy a game. At the end of the event, the volunteers tallied up what was sold and the credit union donated the difference. This year, Crash the Concessions raised $315 for Suttons Bay Athletics.
“It was truly an honor to have TBACU ‘Crash the Concession’ at Suttons Bay,” said Jen Smith, an athletic booster for Suttons Bay. “From beginning to end, the experience was top-notch. How fortunate we are to have a local credit union that is involved in helping the youth of our community. We truly appreciate the support.”
TBA Credit Union is excited to offer Crash the Concessions once a year to high schools in the area. Click here to learn more about the event.
