CU Representatives: Cast Your Vote for the FHLBI Board of Directors by Oct. 10
For the first time in its history, 86 Michigan credit union representatives have the opportunity to add a credit union voice to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) Board of Directors.
Michigan credit unions represent more than 22 percent of all FHLBI membership, but of 17 directors, there are no credit union members on the board. With the help of Michigan’s 86 voting representatives, Jeffrey Jackson, MSU Federal Credit Union’s (MSUFCU) chief lending officer, can help change that.
Jackson has served at MSUFCU for 21 years, was a $425,000 Affordable Housing Program grant awardee for Angel House, an Advantage Mortgage Purchase Program mortgage seller and Community Investment Program and Advances participant.
He has proven himself qualified, dedicated and ready to serve on the board, and has the endorsement of Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL) and CU Solutions Group (CUSG) President/CEO Dave Adams.
If you are one of Michigan’s 86 eligible voters, cast your vote for Jackson before Oct. 10. To participate in the vote, look for an email received on June 22 from the FHLBank Indianapolis Election Coordinator and follow the login credentials. If you did not receive that email, contact Matthew R. St. Louis or call (317)465-0519.
Once you have cast your vote, please email Renee Werth to let MCUL know you have completed the voting process.
Every vote is important, and MCUL appreciates your time to make a difference and help credit unions be heard on the FHLBI Board.Go to main navigation
