Great Insights for Frontline Call Center Staff at New Conference
New this fall,MCUL & Affiliates is offering a Call Center Conference at the Henry Center in East Lansing. The agenda offers a great selection of training options and includes the opportunity to tour call centers at MSUFCU and LAFCU.
Topics for those who deal directly with members include the session "100% Service in the Call Center, 100% of the Time," which looks at how call center interactions set the tone for establishing a service level standard. Also slated is a "Hot Topics: Discussion Group for Frontline Staffers" to sit down with peers from credit union call centers throughout Michigan to explore the hot topics impacting operations today, and the sessions "Improving Communication Skills: Talk, Chat and More" and "Action & Reaction: Crisis Time in a Call Center."
