KALSEE Credit Union Announces Management Updates

KALSEE Credit Union welcomes three new executives to their leadership team: Collections Manager Eric Garcia, Training Coordinator April Ridgeway and Mosel Branch Manager Andrew Parsons, who was promoted from within the credit union.

Parsons graduated from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration. He served as a Member Service Representative at Community Financial Credit Union in Plymouth and joined the KALSEE team in 2016.

“The thing I am most looking forward to is being able to lead a team in the education of our members,” said Parsons. “I want to deepen the relationships we have so that members are fully aware of the potential contribution KALSEE can make to their financial well-being.”

Garcia graduated from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He has since accumulated nine years of collections experience with Wells Fargo Dealer Services, Consumers Credit Union and Advia Credit Union.

“I look forward to contributing innovative ways KALSEE can be its best for our members,” said Garcia.

Ridgeway served with Wright Patt Credit Union in Dayton, Ohio from 2009 to 2017. Her experience includes payment systems and card services, branch management and loss prevention. Ridgeway has mentored team members in career development, coaching, recruiting and onboarding. She’s also hosted fraud seminars for community members, teaching them how to protect themselves and their family.

“Without having passion, it’s hard to find an interest or understand the meaning behind what you’re doing or working on,” said Ridgeway. “I am excited to be part of Team KALSEE and help bring value to both our members and internal team members through training and development. I have a passion for learning and sharing experiences with others, and I cannot wait to start sharing that with KALSEE.”
