MSUFCU Ranks Highly in Consumer Reports' Credit Unions Survey
MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) has ranked highest among 70 credit unions throughout the nation in Consumer Reports’ 2017 Banking Survey, with an overall reader score of 96 out of 100. Consumer Reports sent the survey to its members asking questions about their credit unions’ customer service, website usefulness, convenience of hours and locations, ease of online transactions and wait times. Overall ratings were based on the responses of 16,455 Consumer Reports members. MSUFCU was the only credit union to receive superior rankings in all six categories.

Additionally, we offer extended hours in our branches, call center and eServices department so that members can speak with us in the ways they feel comfortable at times convenient for their schedules.”
MSUFCU has made several recent enhancements to its service offerings, including remodeling three branches with an open model where members can speak to one representative to complete their personal and business financial needs, redesigning its website to optimize users’ experiences and navigation while researching credit union products and services, improving and adding online account and mobile app services, providing members with more control over their accounts no matter where they are and hosting unique events on specialized topics so members can achieve greater financial capacity from a reliable source.

MSUFCU has a national reputation for excellence and has received several top industry and workplace awards.
